K9 Training Academy

Martin and Belinda are fantastic! They have guided both me and my dog through training and we have now achieved the bronze and silver award for the KC good citizen dog scheme! We are now training for the Gold award, session are fun for both dogs and humans, would definitely recommend!

Well worth attending the courses our very naughty cheeky puppy has calmed down and is actually doing as she is told to do and not what she wants to do.I wanted to update my review because I believe in giving genuine and honest feedback according to how I find thingsI found both Martin and Belinda to be very knowledgeable and dedicated to their work and training with 110% commitmentAt week 4 of our training course I must admit it is a real pleasure to see such a difference in our dog with exemplary results well done you guys and thank youSteve

We have a Working Golden Retreiver which we were really struggling with.We had tried half a dozen dog trainers over a period of 3 years but each of which had very limited effect.We were left unable to control our reactive dog who absolutely refused to get in the car despite a endless hard work and patience in trying their techniques.Martin and Belinda were completely different and transformed the relationship with our dog for the better.They completely understood our dog and how we needed to change our training. Very quickly we saw massive improvements.They were kind but firm with our dog and she is so much happier now - and so are we.Martin was extremely generous with his time, he was very patient, determined and genuinely cared about helping us.I can't recomend them highly enough - they are genuinely exceptional at their work.

Amazing place and an amazing trainer Martin, who is very knowledgeable and has made the whole difference to me training my dog I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to train their dog in a very professional and kind thoughtful way.

Belinda and Martin's structured training programmes are fantastic value for money. The facilities are superb. I have attended classes with 3 very different dogs and have been guided through different tools and techniques to succeed. The sessions build on previous learning and we always leave sessions feeling like we are improving and have homework to work on for next time.

K9 training academy have been absolutely fantastic helping us train our Labrador Nelson. As first time dog owners we had a lot to learn and K9 have been super supportive in helping us train our boy into the dog we always dreamed of. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend

My Beagle puppy really enjoyed puppy training and I was given lots of useful tips and advice. He has now started his Bronze training, we both enjoy this too. Martin and Belinda are fantastic trainers and full of knowledge, I highly recommend them both.

Martin and Belinda offer the best dog training I have ever found - their experience and capabilities are hugely impressive. Martin offers a no-nonsense approach, which gets to the heart of the training issues very quickly. He is also very supportive and adaptive, recognising the capabilities of your own dog, as well as those of the owner, and will adapt training to suit your relationship with your dog at whatever stage you have reached. Our girls have loved these puppy classes so much that we've signed up for the next level of training. Really friendly knowledgeable people who can work wonders with animals. I just want to know when they're going to start a Husband Training class!

Martin and Belinda have supported our training with Max our newly adopted Working Cocker . In just 4 weeks they have helped us to connect and bond with Max using the KC training scheme as a skills foundation . We’ve learnt so much and Max has loved it , we look forward to developing our training even more .
