Poor workmanship, left the place in a terrible state! Left rubbish on site.Had to get a competent plasterer in to finish the job and put right the mess Tom Toomer made, costing double our original budget also had to pay for rubbish removal!It also been noted that he has changed his business name several times this year if we did prober research before agreeing he did the job we would never of given him the job.He’s a nice boy just not a plastererAVOID
