Took my Buddy, who is a white Poochon, to Dee's for the first time and I must say she has done a fantastic job, couldn't be more pleased, and by all accounts I think Buddy had a great time there as well! I would definitely recommend The Norfolk Groomer and have already booked his next visit.

One of my dogs is TERRIFIED of having his claws clipped (thanks to a bad experience at the vets). Dee was so patient and kind with him and Sid was SO much happier and more comfortable afterwards with his smart toes! (He was also super soft and shiny having had a bath too!) We are both so grateful. Thank you Dee!

I have been to one other groomer and didn't go back because my dog came back scared and not cut or clean at all. As a family we go on holiday to Cromer a lot, so we had a look around and Norfolk Groomers as avaliable so I called up and booked. The questions they asked were very through. Once we got there my dog was very worried because of past experiences, they were amazing and took everything very slow for him. Once I came back to pick him up, all of the things I asked for were done to an amazing standard and my dog was really happy and not scared at all.

With Tilly having had the same groomer since a wee puppy we were worried about how she would transfer. We neednt have. She looked absolutely beautiful and was so content. Looking forward to having a long relationship with Dee.

Dee’s gentle calm manner is what ever dog needs and all great dog groomers should aspire to.We’ve had 2 very nervous dogs and Dee has been brilliant with both. Lovely cut and always comes home looking gorgeous

I was so lucky to find, Dee, a wonderful groomer! I didnt read the reviews....just hoped! She was so helpful and accommadating .It was such a pleasure to see our little dog transformed from a shaggy mess into a beautiful pup.....she's 11!Dee was so calm and gentle with her.We would absolutely recommend The Norfolk Groomer!
