Constantly late deliveries, waiting up to a week in many cases. Impossible to get in contact with as phones often go ignored and even you do finally make contact it is common that they will deny all knowledge of your parcel even when you can prove that they have it.

Utterly hopeless. Always dread when parcels from the mainland are passed over to Streamlies. Deny all knowledge of having your parcel, staff are not interested.If I could put 0 stars, I would!

I missed the delivery on a Wednesday (I never got an email or a text letting me know I'd get delivered on that day). First I tried to send them an email as written on the card but the email address was incorrect. Then I decided to ring them to ask for another delivery the day after. Didn't get it.Thursday, Friday, Saturday (apparently they don't deliver on Saturdays when they don't have enough work")...We'll see if I finally get it on Monday. Surprise!Incredibly unprofessional.That's not a one star review. It's a zero star one."
