Half an hour late for my prebooked journey to Heathrow. Called multiple times and they lied about where my driver was, and weren't even slightly apologetic. I called an Uber instead, they got to me in 5 minutes and were cheaper that the price A4 quoted me.

Had an awful experience today to the point where the driver bought be to tears because I wasn’t aware he didn’t have a card reader which angered him greatly. as far as I was aware I thought all taxi’s had card readers, my fault for not checking but still,isn’t the point. I was being picked up from Hospital in a fragile state and spoken to like dirt. I’ve used your company on & off for 20+ years but never again.

Please be careful with this company. I booked online and it was a great price, but I called just to double check everything was ok. I was then told that they couldn't get me a taxi to my house and they could not guarantee a car! Not sure why you are able to book online to then be told it is not possible. Great price but no use if they cannot pick you up. Just be careful...

Booked taxi to go to a concert and was told 20 minutes!One HOUR later still not arrived, hardly an apoligy when I called back. Called an Uber which arrived within 2 minutes. Had used A4 for years but not again !!!!!

I dont use this cab company but their drivers are terrible drivers. no indicators used. cut into road . when you let them in they dont thank you. very discourteous.

Dreadful service, worse company we've every used. Booked a return pick up, failed to arrive, rude driver, and put phone down, when asked when they were going to collect us, left stranded in Windsor.

I had a very bad experience with this one. Booked a cab with clear requirements. I get a call from another person later asking the same questions again to extract more money. Thereafter they cancelled in the last minute.Very rude people!

Used this taxi service twice during my short stay in Langley. I was picked up on two separate evenings by a chap called Jerry, really nice, polite, friendly & chatty. Taxi arrived quickly, with WhatsApp updates, reasonable cost. Cheers!

This taxi service is great, I booked via their app the day before, the taxi was confirmed and arrived on time, it's trackable via the app which is great. Service is excellent and the price is better than anyone else. I will definitely use again.

Awful experience - didn’t send a taxi because I didn’t answer my phone an hour beforehand. I wasn’t told I had to confirm the taxi, and wasn’t on my phone as I was at a wedding. Very rude when I then called to ask where the taxi was, and didn’t offer any solution or send another taxi, so left my friends and I stranded at a wedding venue late at night. Do not use, terrible service.
