Generally friendly and knowledgeable but no feedback after a viewing inspite of emailing only to be told after calling by another agent that the property I was interested had gone. Might be a glitch as the other reviews are positive and I appreciate its not possible to get back to everyone but I think it shows professionalism and common courtesy to respond to the client either way.

Markedly different to a previous experience where the agents hard-sold, and pressurised me, I was honestly blessed to have this team on my case. Fair, no hard selling, friendly, efficient and always keeping me up to date and I felt comfortable during what could have been a really stressful time for me, but which was the opposite Thank you thank you for everything. I have a lovely house and good memories of my first property purchase.
