Absolutely amazing place to have a yoga studio, only one in the surrounding area and Nat, Marian and Justin are experts in this field and can share knowledge with all. Feel really comfortable too!

Attended my first class at Yoga & Nourish last week and honestly can’t rate this place highly enough! The facilities are stunning, Natalie immediately put me at ease and led a fantastic session, all the other yogis were really welcoming, and my post-class latte was spot on! Such an exciting addition to Newport, I can’t wait to return next week!

I went to the beginners class with my 13 year old daughter this morning, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the session. Natalie is a fantastic instructor and clearly demonstrated and explained each pose she introduced. Felt fantastic at the end of the class and we will be booking future classes.The studio is beautifully presented and their coffee bar is a must for a post session drink!Wishing Nat and Marian both the very best as their passion and knowledge is second to none.

A truly gorgeous yoga studio. I’ve tried the restorative and Vinyasa yoga both of which I highly recommend. The instructors are so knowledgeable and friendly, they really made me feel at ease - I enjoyed the classes so much I’ve treated myself to a monthly membership. A fab addition to Newport ❤️

The perfect place to try and fall in love with all different types of yoga. You’re welcomed from the moment you walk in by friendly faces and a selection of healthy options. The studio is calming and it offers the ideal space to relax and enjoy being led by the very best teachers there are. Thank you for bringing this to Newport. ☺️

Attended vinyasa on Saturday. THE absolute best way to start the weekend. Nat & Marian are so welcoming and supportive & the studio is beautiful and relaxing with the added bonus of getting a cheeky charcoal flat white & peanut butter chai ball on the way out; what’s not to love?!

Really relaxing yoga class, lovely environment to practice in - very clean, tranquil, well equipped and well decorated. Friendly instructor and welcoming staff, will be back to try the coffee at some point too!

It was a wonderful session that the instructor adapted to your ability. I felt so calm and relaxed after my yoga session. The shop offers coffees and smoothies and the studio is upstairs. All lovely new equipment and a quiet location right next to Newport Market.

A beautiful and calming studio right in the centre of Newport with easy transport links.My ashtanga session with Justin was wonderfully relaxing - great, clear instructions to help me as a total beginner and also such a relaxing voice!Also completed a vinyasa session with Nat following park run on Saturday morning. It's the first time I've run and not ached the following day so proved to be the perfect combination.
