The staff were really helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I really large site, but the signs clearly showed me where to go for the supplies I needed. Good materials, great price, free cutting service - what more could you ask for?

I know staff have to be a priority in any business but staggering lunch breaks might be an option and not shutting down the whole shop when you have driven there for materials, now I know not to go at lunch time but they just lost £445 with me going somewhere else.
