Quick response to email enquiry, arrived on time, listened to what I had to say, provided good advice, quoted a fair price and even came out last minute today to help out with something that I had overlooked. Back in a couple of weeks to complete the main part of the work and I have no doubts that it will be spot on. If only all trades operated like this. Will definitely use again in future. Heatsave installed a complete new central heating system for us. Throughout the planning and installation, George displayed professionalism in his communication at every stage, fully mindful that the job must meet our expectations. George came out at super short notice, managed to make a gap on his way home which was much appreciated, boiler problem solved and a detailed but simple explanation gave as to why it occurred. All sorted in under half an hour as well, super polite and very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Called George out to do a gas fire service on a property my mum had just moved in to. A new area to us, and not always easy to find a tradesperson you trust in such a short time. Not only is he quick to respond, it’s great to find someone who turns up when they say they’re going to! He is incredibly polite and dealt with a couple of other queries that I asked him to check at the same time, which he did with no complaints. George is a total professional who clearly takes pride in doing a great job.He had helped us get 20 years of life out of our previous boiler but it finally packed in during the coldest week of the year. Despite being fully booked personally, George arranged for his team (who have the same high standards as him) to help us. It was all done in a day, with all waste removed and left really neat.Straightforward advice, great service and great workmanship, really pleased.

Needed a new boiler in a new location, quote received, job booked. Work done as agreed, George kept me informed on progress at all times. He removed the old boiler and pipework both inside and out, left the area neat and tidy. Boiler installed in new location. all work done as neat and tidy as possible. All rubbish removed including packing materials. Delighted with the end result. Highly recommend Heatsave Services
