U S A Diamond Nail

This is the best place I’ve been for my nails - I would travel 3 hours to go here!!! Been going for a while and nothing will top it. Minh does my nails so well and I always love them.

I’ve been going to Usa Diamond Nails for over 15yrs . Jody has been doing my nails for probably 8-10 yrs . She’s always so particular and she even took her time in doing South African flags the day before we won the World Cup Rugby final . No matter when I message or call Jody always fits me in . She’s fab . My daughter goes to Minh and travels from Nottingham Uni to have her nails done .

The best pedi ever. Furthermore the level of service from each and every staff member is superb! Priced well and even got a back massage. Highly recommend!

I have been getting my nails done here for about 7 years maybe longer! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I moved 45 minutes away from Chesham last year and tried other places to realise I now have to travel the 45 minutes because there is nowhere better! My nails last for such a long time! I highly rate Jodie and her team and I always feel so welcomed and relaxed when I am there. I have never walked out unhappy! love you diamond nails!!! Xxx

This place is great! I have had my nails done here for years and all the staff are lovely and friendly people. They are always able to do any nail design or colour I come in with. They always take good care of my nails before and after, my nails also always last for so long and never chip! I really recommend this place.

I went in hoping to feel a little relaxed after, the complete opposite happened. The technician was silent and grouchy and essentially slapped my hands with the file repeatedly. I had to walk back in when it was done to get a few nails redone and they seemed agitated, my thumb nails are different lengths and shapes and they are my natural nails. But after the annoyance over redoing 3 nails, I decided to just deal with it. Bubbles in the gel nails, bad treatment overall, as said, did the opposite of relax and pamper and make me uncomfortable. Cut my thumb whilst filing too, for £48 I’d rather do anything else. Also when I walked in just got told how it was busy and I couldn’t wait for anyone else or go get cash. The only saving grace was the lovely receptionist who was kind, and sweet, very chatty, and fashionable.Edit- forgot to add, covered the majority of my fingers with gel, and just said to ‘wash it off’ I regret paying

I love coming to get my nails done at USA, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have been coming here for years and always walk away happy. Everyone is so friendly too!

What a horrible disappointing experience!After sat in there for 2h30 having my nails done 1 day later they are already chipped and not dried properly! Paying an absolutely fortune and they refuse to rectify thisThey are only able to fix it at their convenience. Person on the front desk has a horrible customer attitude and phone manner !! Heading to Holiday with horrible nails and wasted moneyDo not visit here

I visit here quite often, I always ask if I can have Jodie do my nails, she always does a great job and if I have ever had any problems with my nails they are always sorted out, I have always found the staff friendly and professional
