Outstanding service from Rob. After years of internet problems, unresolved despite numerous attempts by various companies, I finally have service throughout the house. Rob's immediate understanding of the problem and resolve to fix the issue was impressive. Competitively priced and excellent communication from Lucy, I highly recommend this company.

I have used Rob and his team on numerous occasions. When you are stuck and need a quick solution, Rob has always been there to calmly fix the issues quickly. I feel as if I have my own IT department! Rob and his team have provided all my firms IT support for years and recently they have installed all new computers, printers, scanners etc to our new office ready for us to move into our new office on time which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Oxford IT arranged to attend our property at a convenient time and were very professional in the way they went about their work ; the configuration of the cabling will make the rest of the electrics able to blend in easily within our outdoor building.The company is well organised and reasonably priced to boot. I would recommend them to homeowners looking to extend a wifo signal or having a system updated.

We are very pleased with the support we received from Oxford IT Solutions. They confirmed that our existing broken printer was at the end of its life (it was very old), bought and installed a new one for us, sparing no time and effort in doing so. This involved 2 home visits. Communication was very good, timely and clear throughout. We will definitely contact them again for other IT problems we might have, and recommend them to anyone in our circle needing such support.

I was really impressed with the service. I had a remote session to fix some Microsoft account issues I was having. My only regret is that I didn't phone them sooner instead of trying to fix it myself. They sorted my problem in under and hour.I choose Oxford IT having seen them recommended on my neighbourhood WhatsApp group. I would happily recommend them again as good value for money, and offering good customer service and most importantly experienced and efficient IT technicians.

Ollie was superb and installed, set up my computer rapidly. Interestingly, Curry’s said they could not transfer my data from my other computer as it was too old. Ollie did it in about 10 mins!! If I ever have problems then I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Ox IT Solutions again. Highly recommended and reasonable charges. Thank you. Ollie has my greatest respect.
