I bought my first ever car with Acorn Kia and I couldn’t be happier!All the staff were brilliant but Andy and Gregg went above and beyond to make sure that my first experience of buying a car went as smoothly as possible. They ensured that I understood all the “lingo” and made sure that I completely understood what I was signing for e.c.t.They happily did my cars first service, gave me brand new mats and even filled my petrol right to the top!! They truly couldn’t have given me better customer service! Definitely worth a visit! Would highly recommend!!

My partner experienced an unexpected problem with his Sportage . As we were in the area we drove carefully to the garage , received prompt attention. A diagnostic test revealed a minor problem which was fixed within a couple of hours.excellent customer service . The staff were all friendly , helpful and efficient and kept us updated whilst they carried out the repair. Salesman Toby remembered who we were !Highly recommend this garage .

I'd never bought a car by having it delivered before having been concerned about the possible drawbacks.However, my experience with Acorn at Burntwood was excellent. The staff I dealt with were helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I would also comment upon the honesty and integrity of Paddy, Alex and Robbie the driver as it was so refreshing to find these qualities as being central to their ethos and, more importantly, their practice.The car I purchased was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition.I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Acorn Motor Group for my next car.
