Complete the some of the staff they don't know what job need to be done. Twice been there for balance completely messed. Just been this morning to tell them to come with me for test driving...but they not care....no money back... nothing.....last time in this Kwick-fit... after that the Halfords make balance on the tyres and after that the car been like new ....just cost me tribal.

Great service when you get there but trying to get them to answer the bloody phone is a nightmare,,,ok eventually got through to them,,,, and they don't have a brake technician till the 13th,,,,, it's now the 6th ,,,, what kind of place is this that can't do bloody brakes...

Have used this kwikfit for years, always great service but not today! Got a screw in my tyre, usually a quick job but they refused to help me today! Any other time they did it even when busy I have never minded waiting but just point blank refused today! The usual guy wasn’t there, obviously different staff who don’t want the custom or just plain lazy! Won’t be back!

I booked the car in to have 2 tires replaced, the booking was 11.30. At 11.45 I was told it would be 1/2 an hour, I left and returned at 12.15 and only then the work started on my car, I left at 13.00. This is not a criticism of the staff but the system you have in place. If you have a booking system there should not have been any other cars before me, this would have been caused by taking customers just turning up or the time allocated for each job is not long enough. If I had been told it would have taken an hour and a half when I made the booking I would have gone elsewhere and that is what I intended to do in the future

Its Kwik, not quick . Moreover, one of the satff fixed my tyre and use the gun on locking nut , Then tyre again punchture and I am still facing problem to open it. See how they get good rating, trying to call them but no answer-5 ratings

I visited this garage this morning with a suspected tmps fault. The manager, Jonathan Steel, and his staff were excellent. They kept me fully informed while I waited. They spent more time than I expected investigating the warning light and 'clunk'. When they got to the bottom of it it transpired it was something minor which Jonathan refused to take any payment for. I'm very impressed by the level of customer care displayed and will certainly be back for any further work required.
