Fantastic service. The receptionist is lovely and welcoming. She made me a great brew as well and small things like that mean a lot. The price they charge is very reasonable and I've never got the feeling they want to rip me off. My car failed it's MOT and they changed the lightbulb and didn't even charge which is fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had my car MOT done here. The online booking process is quick and easy and I was able to book an appointment for next day. The MOT was done quickly and efficiently and I got my car back on the same day with no unnecessary advisories. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place and would definitely go back in the future.

Service and MOT done and no problems at all. Good price done in good time. However my car was collected and dropped back off to me and during this time someone stole all the change out of my car (roughly about £20-£25 in £1 coins) I understand I shouldn’t have left it in there but when you’re paying £400+ this is the last thing you’d expect to happen. Was offered a £22 discount for the next time I use the garage but to be honest this has put me off ever returning.

I had my car booked to pass the MOT, but it failed the first time. The garage called me to let me know they found something on the car to be fixed. They fixed. All was good until I went to pay and pick up my car and found out my car was scratched on both doors on the left side. When they picked up my car yesterday the car was in perfect condition. Today they returned it to me with the left side doors scratched. The person at reception was very friendly. They offered to pay for the repair. But I still feel a little disappointed paying for a service and finding your car in this condition.If it hadn't been for this mishap, the service would have been fantastic.

Use this garage every year for my mot and service. Cant fault them atall, free collect and delivery and my car is always returned same day. Caroline is always extremely friendly and helpful and makes my experience super quick and simple. Would definitely recommend.

I recently took my Tesla to a local garage in my area, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also showed a deep understanding of Tesla vehicles, which gave me a lot of confidence in their skills.The service on my car was completed much quicker than I anticipated. They were very transparent about what was done and why, which is something I really appreciate. It's rare to find a garage that combines expertise on the latest electric vehicles with such quick turnaround times.Moreover, the waiting area was comfortable and clean, making my short wait there quite pleasant. It's clear that this garage values its customers and strives to provide an excellent experience.

Although known of this garage for many yrs, this is my 1st experience as a customer. My MOT, done while I waited (in warm, hospitable) waiting room. The service was quick & all staff very polite & helpful! Altho my car has failed, due to something minor but obscure...It was picked up straightaway & part ordered & booked in to sort & re test (A dangerous fault that has been missed by ALL others!)100% happy & will now use in future!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Binley Woods garage. Despite paying the full price for cleaning services, my car was returned with the boot still dirty, which left me quite dissatisfied with their level of service. Refund was accepted.
