Not only Steven but many other doctors seen me through bad times ,like no others!!! , Stuck by their word all the way!!! ... That's why he still alive, even the respetion are great to all!! Many thanks,he cares for use all...

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. This surgery will kill you. They don't refer to hospital soon enough, they don't sent for tests promptly. They fiddle with meds, waste time and by the time they do realise how very very sick you are woops sorry. Too little, too late. Only good for the most basic of basic healthcare and nothing else. Do yourself a solid and use the NHS helpline or A&E if you have anything wrong.

All receptionists are rude and lazy. Apart from a few doctors, you can easily spot the laziness and I do not care" culture in this GP. They do not care about helping and you will be treated like a robot. RUN FROM THIS GP! EVERYONE I KNOW COMPLAINS ABOUT IT!Once

This has been my GP practice for a little over 10years now. I always see the same doctor which I like as you can then build rapport.Reception staff are also professional, friendly and always there to help.

Always very helpful and everyone is really nice from the receptionists, to doctors and nurses.Bonus points to the very skilled nurse for taking my blood on first try (not a usual occurrence in my experience, so thank you).

Every time i visited this medical center i leave dissapointed, ignorant and uncompetent doctors, first time visited and asked for a blood check up and was refused to be given one unless i think there is already a problem?! After convincing the doctor to get one i was not given results and when i asked for them i was told yeah youre fine" with a tone saying i cant be bothered with you. Second time was refused to enter the cabinet for being 15 minutes late for dr. Nelson after i said i was stuck in traffic. The clinic was empty with nobody else waiting and more than 2 hour remaining working time. The doctor simply decided not to take me in a childish and unproffesional manner. Will not visit this place again."

Doctors are great but unfortunately I just had a horrible experience with an incredibly rude receptionist. Repeatedly interrupted me, told me information I already knew, I couldn’t even get my words out for her interrupting with patronising comments, I then started to cry ( you know how it can be when you’re ill and overly emotional ) and her response was ‘only trying to help’ then hung up the phone. Disgusted with her attitude. My partner managed to ring again and get me in for an appointment with another receptionist who was lovely - it’s a shame when one person has to spoil it for everyone.

The doctor are great usually we got really good respectful receptionists as well. but today we found old lady in the reception and I never seen as rude as this behaviour and act like she know it all. Plus she is not respecting me and keep interrupting

One receptionist is a bit nippy on the phone (pretty standard in GP practices really) but everyone else I've dealt with here has been great, other reception staff included. Happily scanning notes in, advising on which doctor I'd be most comfortable seeing, booking non-emergency appointments for me without having to ring up at 8am. Nurse Laura Khan was excellent for routine test, made me feel very comfortable. Dr Fawcett is an absolute gem – felt like she was really listening and sympathising and reassured me that 'don't worry, we'll get this sorted!'. Will be disappointed to have to leave when I move out of the area, great GP surgery.
