Even though we found what we were looking for. It was packed, too many customers, so much for Social Distancing, that went out of the window. We queued, but there were people still walking past you, hoping to jump the queue. The staff were helpful when we got to the till.

Was specifically looking for foot detox pads which one member of staff advised they don't stock. After looking for myself I did find other foot pads which surprised me after the sales persons comments. Nice store tho.

Only walked past not shopped there in 4 years

Not a nice place to shop at all bassically I went in there couple of months ago and brought items and then looked at the perfume section and asked for the Ariana grande perfume the cloud they didn’t have any in stock so they ask me do I want it ordered to my house has it was a gift for someone I said yes please, when I was at the till the lady wasn’t clear about the refund policy she was mumbling not interested in helping me and she was huffing and puffing and when I received the item I wanted to send it back so I did Via Hermes and I returned it back to them, they like taking your money but they don’t like giving it back and then I was told that the refund takes up to 5-10 working days I Understand that but sadly I never received it back at all and it’s been over a month it shouldn’t take this long? When it was over the refund time scale I contact customer services regarding the refund status has I never received it they said I had to go back into store and do it but when I went into store I was sent way by a manager saying they can’t do anything it’s all done through customer services so I contact them again saying the manager can’t do anything because it has to be done through you and I have screenshots all the chats they keep messing me about I raised a official complaint but not receiving anything at all ? Where’s my refund I want my money back

Not a good experience. The staff here is least interested in their jobs. They either don’t like their job or are overly stressed. Order and collect in 30 minutes is a joke. Though the item I ordered was right there so wasn’t sure why they couldn’t give it to me. So had to buy it separately and my online order is queued for a refund per the woman at the till.

Cheap and cheerful. Good choice and quick service. No problems here. Mrs likes it so I am happy too.

Used to be affordable initially, but I think it’s getting quite expensive.A good store though
