Waited 1hr and 30 mins when no one was in que and they told me my order was wrong

Cheaper than most out there , down side they don’t stock up no more, only by order

I have been a customer of Paul's since my eldest started school in 1987. Personally, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Paul, Marlene, and Micky have built a friendly and caring business whilst giving every customer that personal touch to ensure that not only do you get the correct uniform for your child but you also get it at a reasonable price.

Good shop, went there today and got some work shoes the guy serving was great and helpful, asking about price range, sizing and colour. Got a 30% discount too on an already reasonably priced item. Can't fault them at all really, would recommend.

If I could I would put 0 stars. So, over the years my mum shopped only in this shop for daughter's uniforms and P.E kits but she never experienced such a poor and disgusting service this September! I understand that always at the beginning of the academic year these shops are packed with parents, low stock and etc. But, when this happens store employees should be trained well for these situations, there were two young females over the counter, one was serving a customer and other was doing absolutely nothing! She was busy playing with her hair, more focusing on how she looks than working and serving customers when its packed!Utterly ridiculous! After she was asked ' what shes doing and to serve next customer' by her other colleague instead of asking how may I help you she went 'wassup' several times ,my mum asked for certain shirts and she refused to serve her and mocked her accent, My mum was shocked and speechless ! After some other older female staff noticed how she is behaving towards customer she served my mum instead, other employee noticed that young female employee's behavior and asked mum if everything is okay. That young, lazy female employee should be trained again or fired! Absolutely ridiculous! She shouldn't be working in a customer related environment.

Ordered a PE top for my daughter starting senior school on 15th July. Called after 3 weeks and they said the delivery was delayed. 7 weeks now, still no PE top and cannot get an answer on the phone despite calling repeatedly. I've now had to buy a second PE top from another shop, so that my daughter has one to start school with on Monday.

Really bad service waited 5 weeks for daughters blouses to come in and still not here. No one picks up the phone or answer emails shocking as only place that sells this certain uniform

No uniform in stock mid August. Quick to take your money. Suppose to deliver uniform - never arrives day before school started Attend & it’s hanging up! Poor customer service & shocking that a school uniform shop can not ensure students return to school with the correct uniform!

Phoned on Saturday to check to see if they had the jumper size I needed, spoke to a lovely girl Ellie who kindly looked for us and put one a side for us to pick up, thank you Ellie, very much appreciated you saving us a jumper
