Just a word of warning do not use this company for any Ebay purchases. They lie about the condition of the item. I was told the oven l ordered was brand new, never used but was a discontinued showroom model. We drove 5 hours return to pick it up, it was wrapped up profusely in bubble wrap so could not inspect it but took their word and trusted them that it had not been used. I checked that there were instructions and was told it was under the bubble wrap. On arriving home and unwrapping the oven it was filthy with burnt on grease and a cover wave guide that was so bad that l have had to order new one, l am still after 3 days trying to get off the burnt food. There was no instruction so l have no idea how to use it. I have rang and emailed them a number of times but they ignore any communication. I really don't know how they sleep at night if it were me l would be ashamed at myself.

Was only looking for replacement downlighters but Caroline was very helpful. She was also very efficient and am now waiting for a home delivery with no admin charge. All together an excellent service.
