My experience so far very disorganized they turn up for one or two hours a day when it suits them .they sell a good job but they deliver absolutely nothing.up date they sent in there handy man to sort out the snags but alas he was no better than the rest no under coat before glossing I could go on just waiting for southern to sign the job off then they will here a few home truths.they still haven't been back to correct the faults

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I live in a masionette where there is my flat upstairs and a neighbours flat downstairs. Whilst rennovating the flat downstairs, one of the workers stole my grandmother's mail which contained her savings card from the communal hallway. When confronted about this they denied anything wrong was done despite the actions of the worker being caught on my ring camera.A deceitful, dishonest and untrustworthy company. Avoid!!

There where given the job of putting a new kitchen in my place by Peabody housing association they employed handy men to do the job not kitchen fitters they done a terrible job I had to ask them to leave once they built my washing mashing in so it could not be moved they fitted the sink waste wrong not trap on washing machine shortened the lead to my cooker do it could not be pulled out done a terrible job no stop blocking waste with there cleaning tools with plaster and grout leaving my flat dirty every time they come to do work and also the kitchen has so far taken them over 3 weeks it was 5 units they left the units in my front room for two weeks it was like living in a building site when I complained they said you have to put up with it lol

still waiting after over one year for PiLON Ltd to finish fitting a very simple kitchen furniture replacement. four seperate contrator teams. 'measure twice cut once' ? wish i could score minus points.

Has to be the worst contractors ever. My kitchen fan not working since installation, damaged kitchen units because they don't know how to install a simple corner unit with a bi-fold door drill holes everywhere on the door actually looks like a 3 year old put it together, they wrote on my walls for the sockets ie; extractor fan and boiler, they put in plumbing for a dishwasher when I don't own one, however I do have a tumble dryer so should have been for that, they left an open pipe where water gushes out they sent a labourer out to fix it he put a load of tape around the pipe which still keeps leaking all it needs is a simple rubber cover, and finally the toilet cistern already leaking and is only about 6 months old. Very very disappointed I can't blame the workmen they can only work with what they have have and labourers should not be sent out to do electricians and plumbers jobs, very bad management all they are interested getting the work done quickly so they can sign off the works and get paid.Wouldn't have given any stars only the option wasn't there

PiLON carried out an electrical installation safety inspection for us. They did what it says on the tin - made a convenient appointment, sent a reminder two days before, arrived dead on time, introduced and identified themselves, explained what was to be done, did it with minimum disruption and left everywhere clean and tidy. Included an explanation of what had been done with assurances of safe and secure electrics. Could not be bettered. 5 stars plus!

Optivo Housing Associations sent them to do a survey for refitting our bayhrooms. Very rude staff, no respect for tenants' wishes, cut you down in conversation. The housing association probably contracts them because they are cheap. If you are not a council or housing association tenant, and have a choice, avoid them like the plague.
