Ross and his team were amazing. It was like a military operation - so well organised and efficient. They took great care of our house, covering floors and furniture well before tackling the job to replace 5 Velux windows in one day. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. At the end of June 2021 we use Roberts Roofing to do our Loft Conversion. From start to finish Ross and team were brilliant. Ross was one of 6 firms we got quotes from, he was the first to respond and the only one to take time to go through the quote with us and explain all the elements / process of a loft conversion. In general Ross is very reactive and quick to respond to any questions (no matter how small). The job was done, on time and to budget. The rest of the team are also courteous and respectful. Ross is a pleasant, polite and professional roofer. He installed 4 UK08 Velux Electric/Solar blinds for us after having had many problems with previous installers. The Job was done promptly and he only charged us the call rate. Would definitely recommend him!

Ross carried out a guttering repair for us. He was very professional to deal with and did the repair quickly as the water had been pouring onto the driveway. He arrived when he said he would, tidied up after and even showed us a photo of the completed job as we couldn’t see it from the ground. I would highly recommend him.

Really excellent service from Roberts Roofing. Their original quote was accurate and did not change, they arrived to do the job on time and did a great installation, which I can't fault. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards which is quite a rare thing in my experience! Easy to contact and deal with, would definitely recommend and use again.

I highly recommend Roberts Roofing, Ross was able to source and install a replacement roof window in a short space of time as we were experiencing a leak with the old one. He was helpful, friendly, took our urgency into consideration and the job was completed to an exceptional standard. I could not be more appreciative of the service he and his team provided.
