I ordered 2 personalised teddies for Christmas, Ed embroidered both, they are of excellent quality, with a great choice of characters, colours of thread and I even got to choose the font! I recently made an application for a large contract which, if successful, would most certainly grow my business. I was very happy with the feedback from fellow-professionals regarding my approach, wording, offering and benefits against other applicants.What I wasn’t really happy about was the simplistic way in which I’d typed it and its layout. It had no real style, the words (whilst carefully chosen) did not engage me or jump off the page. I contacted Ed with a difficult request. The big companies would sell me 25 umbrellas with a tiny logo on just one panel but I wanted just one or two umbrellas with large lettering on four panels to promote Dundee Photo Walks. The websites said no, but Ed said I’ll see what I can do. He was able to deliver the impossible and was very helpful and patience at every step of the way.
