Very good experience Kenny explained clearly how he could help my aging laptop. Phone call to say leave pick up to folliwing day which I did. Price as expected, no extras. Query following day, phoned and again treated with respect. Any future problems I know where I will be going.

My son handed a xbox series x into your shop to be fixed..His name is callum Pittendreich he has been trying to contact you to get this back but you have not returned messages..These have been ignored..Can we please get the console back or can you reply to his messages..It's been months and no reply....
