Went down at 10.30pm before I started my night shift the service station was closed which was understandable on the weekend so I went up to the service window. I asked for 3 items only to be told by the person working that they weren’t doing that and were only doing little bits. 3 items isn’t a lot and I’m now going hungry on my night shift. Thanks for nothing.

While you pay a premium for BP fuel, I do believe that you enjoy equal value for money with the supermarkets...occasional use of the Ultimate branded fuel seems to have a performance benefit. Staff always courteous but I would have preferred the convenience store element of the site to have remained as Sainsbury.

Went yesterday to fill my motorcycle up only to be told to take my helmet off before they would activate the pump.My registration is clearly visible the shop will know im all legal.I was told by the staff its a new policy for bikers only victimising bikers ans singeling us out there is no need for this rasist abuse of bikers and im making sure it goes on all local groups not to use this station if your a biker i certainly will not go again.May i ad the staff were fine just doing what they are told by un educated managers on bikers stereotyping us all as criminals shame on you bp.

Unsure how a garage that’s supposed to be open 24/7 has had a closed till 3am at 1:30am then when I came back at 3 still no one there how’s a hard working man supposed to last the night with no crystal bar or red bull

This company was responsible for all this panic buying and now they are capitalising on it by inflating the prices. Diesel price at Asda today was £1.33, Shell priced at £1.37 BP today selling at 1.46 per litre. Rip off. Avoid.

On more than one occasion I have left this service station without fuel due to people filling their car with fuel then doing their shopping in the shop and taking ages. Poor service.

Popped into the garage 4th December to get a few groceries.Adam served me, i found him very helpful and knowledgeable.A very cheerful & polite gentleman.A real pleasure and asset to the company.Well done in customer service Adam .

Phoned on a busy Saturday morning with a difficult stock question. The manager Dave went to a lot of trouble to find the answer. Later called and used Greggs. Lovely staff in there, always cheerful and respond well to me. Lovely coffee and a good price.
