Complete waste of time company. Saw an Ad in the local newspaper advertising a special August promo, the woman had no idea what I was talking about. She asked when I wanted it and I said the next available slot for a transit van.. she wouldn’t give me that date, just kept asking when I wanted it. I said tomorrow and it was free? Then I turn up with the documents she asks me to bring and then declined me because I have a driving offence from 2004. An offence that, by law I’m not required to declare but their policy is 10 years without an offence.Would’ve been easier just to ask that over the phone and save 50 minutes of driving and a tenners worth of fuel!

Very poor experience:- They added a surcharge because I was taking it Friday evening instead of Saturday morning, despite being clear about that over the phone- The van I reserved was not ready when I came, and I had to wait for 30' for them to find one somewhere- The van I got was in poor condition; it was very difficult to engage the 1st and 2nd gear- After having brought the van back without any issues and with the tank re-filled, they didn't pay my deposit back within the stated 10 days- I had to chase them over the phone half a dozen times before I got my money back, and they were sometimes very rude over the phone and never apologised in any way- On top of that, their price was not competitive at all, it would have been cheaper to go to Hertz and other such big brandsConclusion: You have been warned, use them at your peril!

This is really a no stars review. Horrendous company with no ethics. I had booked them 15 days in advance to move my boxes from Edinburgh to London. In that time period they accepted another, higher paying job so instead of contacting me leaving me enough time to find a different company to use, 2 days before I was moving house i couldn't get hold of them. Julius completely ignored my numerous calls/text messages and emails asking him to confirm the job and the pick up time. Moving is a stressful time so to have this worry on top of everything was not fun. I ended up finding another company who were exceptional called Easymoves. I would definitely not recommend using GoEasy or Julian Labanauskis - completely untrustworthy and unreliable.

Absolutely great service from this firm they helped me out above and beyond the call of duty after being totally let down by Enterprise at the last minute ,great rates and very friendly will definitely use again.Thanks Go Easy.

Great company and service! I've rented more vans that I can remember from Go Easy and never had a problem. I've always been happy with the quality of the service and condition of the vans. Would highly recommend!

I used to hire from Go Easy all of the time. I am annoyed because someone I know hired a van and had an accident. It was nothing to do with me. I wasn't even there. Now they are taking it out on myself. The other bad thing about this company is they will hire vehicles out in any condition, with brake warning lights on, service lights and bald tyres.

We rented a van with this company. They told us our deposit will be held for 10 days. Today it's 22 days later they have not released our deposit. We have visited, called our bank and spoke with them on what they need to do to release the deposit but they refuse to do anything.If they contacted their card processing merchant this could be solved, but they refuse to do anything.So!!! Be careful who you give your card to......
