Bought a Paloma Picasso Gift set. I was told initially it was £32. Came to pay and was told it was £39. The gentleman said he would meet me half way at £35 which I foolishly agreed to as he made me feel uncomfortableas he had two staff with him also. The item on the website is listed at £32.00 with 10% off bringing it down to £28.80. Feel cheated.

Beware paid for special delivery never arrived until two days later asked for refund of delivery cost ignored then these incompetent clowns put my email address and payment method on delivery address shocking dodgy company

What a pleasure to purchase from this store. I have been searching the world for Dior Homme but because it’s discontinued it’s not available anywhere. Out of curiosity I went in and ask for it and Hetan kindly did a little research for me there and then and voila, he found Prada intense almost the same smell and I have purchased it. Value for money, service spot on and the place smells fab. Thank you very much. I will see you guys soon.

If your looking for a perfume/aftershave then you need to visit this shop first, it’s a family run business and the friendliest shop ever. They go out of their way to ensure you find exactly the right smell for you, they are cheaper than the larger stores with lots of items in the sale too. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great price and friendly helpful service-I found the D&G fragrance I wanted on the Perfume Essence website and they honoured that price in the store. This is not the case in Boots who often have cheaper online deals they won't match, giving the option to buy instore at a higher price or wait for a cheaper online order to arrive. Now there's a better option-just buy from Perfume Essence and get a great price without waiting.

The shop as a vast amount of fragrances from niche brands to designer all seem to be at very competitive prices. I made a purchase from the shop for the first time & was greeted by very friendly & helpful staff.The shop is really well presented inside & I can fully recommend you pay them a visit.

- MY REVIEW FOR THE ORDER I PLACED ON 24 JUNE 2023 -I ordered 1 bottle of Billie Eilish Eau de Parfum 100ml Perfume on 24 June 2023, for one of my family members for her birthday. After I ordered, I received no order confirmation email, so I had no confirmation of my order going through by email. I did manage to download a copy of my invoice from my online account.Upon dispatch of my order, the seller took my order in person to a Post Office on 26 June 2023 and they paid for Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class postage. The Royal Mail tracking information shows that the Post Office accepted the parcel at 6:49pm.I have been tracking my parcel on the Royal Mail website numerous times since 26 June 2023 and the tracking information showed as 'Accepted at Post Office' for three days straight, therefore I had no idea if my parcel was even on its way or not. That's Royal Mail's fault though for not updating the tracking information to tell me where my parcel was moving through the Royal Mail network aswell as them not providing a date to when my parcel would be delivered.I contacted Perfume Essence on 28 June 2023, to report an issue with the Royal Mail tracking information not being updated since the Post Office accepted the parcel, to which I had no response from them at all that day.The 29 June 2023 came and my parcel arrived unexpectedly at 11:36am (I did not expect my parcel to arrive at all, however this is Royal Mail's fault for not updating the tracking information). I am very glad my parcel arrived after all the worrying and stress this has put me through. My parcel was signed for by my family member upon its delivery.I received an email response on 29 June 2023, to one of my emails I sent to them dated 28 June 2023. In my opinion, they should have responded sooner as I was very worried that something had happened to my parcel (especially as Royal Mail have unfortunately lost some of my parcels and letters I paid postage for previously to send to other people/companies) - luckily nothing had happened to this parcel of mine though!I have bought this perfume as a gift for one of my family members. She will be over the moon with it!I would recommend Perfume Essence to everyone because they shipped my order out promptly and I am very happy with the price I paid for the product too!

What a fantastic place, staff are excellent products we wanted were not in stock, took our details rang today, was in Stockport so went in had the products ready also offered a shower gel at a discounted price, yep, then asked me what aftershave I used, he topped up a pocket sized atomiser for free and did the same for my daughters perfume. Excellent

Purchased on line, perfume arrived in a sealed jiffy bag. The product box arrived badly damaged. No responsibility for this and refused to replace the item. Eventually offered a refund if I returned at my expense. I would suggest purchasing directly from the store definately NOT online, definetly not if gift shopping.NOW offering to refund return postage if I remove this review!!!!!
