Some of the ruddest staff we have encountered at any supermarket work here. The cashier was rude to the person in front of us and then was offended when the same customer was rude back. Customer service return, was hideous. We hadn't left the store, realised we had bought the wrong sort of rum and the nastily refused to exchange it. Okay we will go elsewhere for our shopping.

The shop itself is quite good but it doesn't open up or close correctly at all. The shutters are down until 8am and it looks shut when it actually is open from 7am and when you go there after 9pm the same happens where they're virtually closed despite being open until 10pm. The shop isn't well stocked when it opens as well with big gaps on the shelves. During normal operation the shop is very good and very pleasant and sells loads of the usual good produce. It just needs to organise better first and last thing.

Had an online voucher giving 20% off a shop. Decided to take a drive out and visit a Morrisons outside our area and make the most of a lovely sunny Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately felt this was a wasted journey as loads of items unavailable. Several shelves were empty. When we went to pay there was only one manned till. Five customers in front of us. As we queued they did finally open another till but, even so, just two manned tills in a store this size is unacceptable. Finally when our shopping had gone through the 20% discount wasn't showing. Had to get the operator to reapply and it finally went on. I am not blaming the member of staff. She was doing an admirable job and trying her very best to cope and assist customers. But maybe the higher ups need to look at staffing levels and provide a shopping experience that matches the prices charged. Whatever the discount offered will definitely not be traveling to visit this Morrisons again.

Wow this supermarket, is more super every time I visit, it stocks, loads of your staple, goodies in all varieties. The Fish monger counter, and the deli counterare a must place to visit, including the megga tasty salad take your pick, in cartons in different for whatever your appetite and budget is, are not to be missed.Along with the fresh meat section, and phenomenal tasty baked different bread cakes and pies are not to be missed, along with their speciality cheese counter.Phenomenal new and old lines of your favourite food, especially the mince pies, which I bought and absolutely adored they were that tastey. And the megga fantastic cafe with a massive menu for your full lunch or for tea or a brew and cake after your shopping before home.A megga fantastic place the cafe is I come here 4 to 5 times a week for my main meal and have something gorgeous every time. The cafe also does regular offers every so often all year round, especially megga offers like kids meals are only £1 or even free with 1 paying full adult meal megga deal for families in school holidays in the cost of living crisis we are living in.All year round the cafe 7 days a week is busy with families it's that good the food. What more can I say every thing under 1 roof, a huge brilliant 1 stop shop.

Like going back in time to the 90's. Layout is terrible and the lighting awful. Produce is old fashioned. In serious need of a revamp.

We had a Morrisons delivery tonight and it will be the last. Obviously we understand that food is higher in price and we bought as cheaply as we could but even then the bill was still high. And that was only buying the essentials. But not only was there a lot of items missing from our order.Somehow on its way from being picked from the shelves to being delivered to us. It got mixed up with another order and half some of our items were in someone else's delivery.Thankfully they handed it back to the driver and we were still able to get it on our delivery. Morrisons used to be a great store to visit but this delivery has really soured our opinion and so we won't be using it again or even visiting. Really disappointed.

I'm absolutely disgusted that I have just placed an order and now I realise that I can't call the store at all they have an automated service that hangs up on you because they can't spare 2 minutes to speak to what was a loyal customer I will not be using morrisons again and I will be bringing this up on all my social media to warn people of just how unimportant our opinion is to them

The supermarket is quite good. However it's all self checkout, except maybe 2 tills with very large ques . The self checkout system is very slow and frustrating . They seem to be following the trend of all the other supermarkets. It does put you off returning.
