Signed up with GI Group as I needed the extra income due to being furloughed. They were extremely helpful and made it easy to complete the paperwork, also got me into the role very quickly.Since starting work for the client, GI Group have been in contact providing regular check ins as well as feedback on performance. All payments have been completed on time with no issues.I would highly recommend using GI Group if you require work. They are professional, supportive, down to earth and make moving into a new role stress free.

Worst Agency Ever, They never respond to our calls if you ask them anything they are responding very rude. don't waste your time by going to GI group. The Worst agency in Northampton. They simply tell you to come later but that later will never come. If ask them about these things they will get rude.

Group have good staff in the office. Staff is friendly, but they Are registering people but have no jobs to give and alot of people are weighting to get the shift. Less professionalism in the working of the company.

The worst agency to work ever. They just recruiting people and just give induction but no shift. If you want job dont go there, but if you are ok with just induction, this is the best place.

The agency does not communicate, low skilled work staff and very poor English. They simply cannot help.

I have being working under GIGROUP NORTHAMPTON for a couple of months now. And they are the best Agency i have worked with. The payment is accurate, they think about their workers. Always want the best for us( workers), and most of all, they listen and takes the opinion of their workers. They provided great HR service. All payments are on time. They always respond to emails. I see just one minus- flat rate, no extra money for overtime or night shift hours.
