Just had brows done absalutly love them simone is amazing at what she does & she explaines everything in detail to you before she starts & she makes you very relaxed during your procedure.

Simone Gilmartin is amazing.... her work is flawless and she is always professional, warm and welcoming and will bend over backwards to make sure that you leave with the brows of your dreams.I did a lot of research before committing to having my eyebrows done and found some very incompetent money hungry competitors more interested in slating others in the industry than improving their own skills.

I have been going to Simone Gilmartin for years and it is the only place I would trust to do my semi-permanent make-up. Extremely professional and always so welcoming - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Simone herself is one of the kindest people I have ever met- and so naturally beautiful in appearance which only puts your mind at ease when having a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure done. A delight to visit and I’m delighted once again with my brows! Thank you girls xxx

Customer service is just as important, if not more so than the product itself.Simone is extremely pretentious and her success seems to have obscured her rationality when it comes to liasing with potential customers.I called in to the shop sometime mid June to make enquiries and a booking on behalf of my girlfriend.Simones personality was akin to a GP receptionists. Rude, dismissive and pompous.If you don't mind the air of pretentiousness that the place emits, coupled with a ludicrous waiting list... You may just want to make a booking.I contacted Moya Wren shortly afterwards. They knew of Simone and gave me a smile as if to say, we know exactly what you mean." Moya Wren was a true professional as were her staff. Moya Wrens establishment was a stark contrast to Simones small shop."

I had my eyebrows feather stroked here. Premises immaculate, tea or coffee offered on arrival. Staff very knowledgeable of suitable styles and products to suit clients of various age groups. Relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to everyone that's thinking of having their eyebrows microbladed to go here. Lisa is lovely, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. 10 out of 10 definitely. Thankyou.

Simone is the brown QUEEN! She is honestly an artist. Very clean and professional salon. More like a clinic. She had a year long waiting list & now I've had my brows & eyeliner done I can see why! There's no one better in the UK, never mind Glasgow. People travel from all over the country to see her for a reason! My Mum had her brows done by Simone's apprentice Lisa and she's really pleased with them and they cost half the price of an appointment with Simone if you are on a budget.
