Nice person on reception. Needed further help from their back office but had was treated with total disdain. Purchased two kitchens, now both now discovered to be wrong. Apparently I can swap the wrong components but this doesn't mean I can re- schedule the plumber, electrician and joiner. Thought I'd found a decent supplier but wrong! Shame for them as I have another four houses to outfit.Oh, the warehouse guy was very helpful. Bad front of house, good product, will find somewhere else.
