Yesterday Chris of Decibal Alarms came to the house to upgrade the present system that had given problems . He then started the work and said as there was a lot to do and it might run into the next day , in the event we were amazed that he stayed until the work was finished nearly 7 in the evening , what a worker in cramped conditions , and what a very nice chap ! He then went through the system and explained how it worked what service , we cannot recommend Chris highly enough

We have had both an alarm and CCTV systems fitted by Decibel Alarms LTD. Chris took the time to get to know what was required and suggested a number of different options. The quality of work was excellent, nothing looked out of place and any cabling was done very neatly. Highly recommended.

Chris came out to give me a free estimate after being strongly recommended. He gave me a variety of bundles and pricing Options. Once agreed Chris managed to fit me in as soon as possible and got the system up and running. Chris also advised if ever needed he is there to help which he has been! He is very reliable and came on time and committed to get the work completed.

Chris replaced our original alarm . Which he services each year. Recently due to the number of burglaries in the area we have had security cameras fitted. Chris is lovely and professional . We would highly recommend him, which we have to our friends .

Couldn’t recommend enough! My alarm was making strange noises even when mains switched off. Chris came out to me within half an hour, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Identified the problem and replaced the box and the batteries all within an hour of my call! Will be using again, highly recommend.
