We have dealt with VIP for a number of years, in which they have offered us reasonable rates with our business mobiles.We recently took delivery of several new Iphones, with a couple becoming faulty after several months. Ashley initially guided us through some diagnostics however it became clear the settings were not the issue. VIP arranged the return of two phones and dealt speedily with the network providers unwillingness to replace the in warranty units.Happy to recommend VIP
