Came in today lovely dentist really thoughtfull for my teeth thankyou

Rude reception and an absolutely disgusting policy of taking full amount if unable to attend an appointment.

Had problems with thus dentist previously but gave them a second chance. Rang last week for a hygienists appointment. Had to pay £65 up front.! Then Friday received a text that hygienist has to cancel. Was asked to ring surgery to re-book. Rang left voicemail message and emailed. I then received another text reminding me if the appointment. Not even courtesy of a phone call. Rang this morning to be told to hold on. 5 minutes I was in the phone. Explained to receptionist how dissatisfied I was. She then said the new hygienist cant do appointment until end of June. I said not good enough for me I'm off to Australia next week that's why I wanted appointment this week. Then when I asked for my money back she said weve got to fill in a refund form. I said you're quick enough to take my money and now you're saying it could take up to 28 days for it to hit my account.That is not acceptable, I told receptionist That I now have to pay another dentist to provide the treatmentThe surgery really must uo their game and for sure have a better system for returning money. I would not recommend this surgery all all. If the owner reads this please ensure my £65 is returned promptlyI asked receptionist for Head Office so I can ring them to chase my refund. She said she didn't know the address. ! Very dissatisfied.hygienists

Unfortunately I find the reception team less than professional on the telephone and some face to face. Being referred to as love/darling from a rather flamboyant staff member and another with a hacking cough who seems to think speaking with a cockney accent sounds delightful. Nobody ever seems to want to be polite or help when asking a question. The dentists all seem very nice and very helpful when explaining things. As the first port of call is the reception team maybe they should all have a lessons in customer service and dress more appropriately.

You would find it difficult to find a better dentist than Dr Sara. The way she went about looking after my teeth was second to none. Highly recommend South Cliff Dental Group.

I have used South Cliff Dental, Trinity Trees for about a year now and they have been nothing short of brilliant. My visits have included two emergency appointments (one private, one now as NHS) sorted within a day and helped by their brilliant receptionists.I have had the same dentist, Natalia, for all of my visits and she’s been excellent. She has made what used to be a fear of going to the dentist an absolute breeze.

I had to say 2 of 3 visits was ok, but third one was pointless wasting time and money. It was so clear that they dont care about my problem that I felt really bad and sad. I paid money for nothing, they didnt fixed my tooth, just happily took money. I understand everybody have bills to pay, but this dental clinic set a new record in taking money for nothing.

I had appointment for 20th and 27th of Jun,i have been waiting for almost 6 weeks, i went to there on 20th they told me (We cancelled your appointment‌) without any reason and they done the same today when is 27th of Jun.i booked my both days off and i didn't get any treatment

I asked for composite bonding! Within a month my tooth had a brown line down the middle (as they did not bond my whole tooth just, which I thought I was paying for, just the “area in question”), I went back to the dentist who performed this travesty (the dentist only filed my tooth). When flossing my teeth a few weeks later, half my tooth fell out. I would go back to the dentist where I paid £380 but when I have lost faith in the abilities and the arrogance and insensitivity of the dentist in question made me prefer a more qualified and professional dentist. Do not recommend for any dentistry needs!!!!!

Had an appointment and treatment with the dentist Jack. My cap needed replacing and he did an excellent job. Very gentle but extremely thorough. Definitely recommend
