Simply Outstanding!My son very recently got in a bit of bother with the Law and it was a very sressful time for us. The duty Solicitor he got apppointed to defend his case, turned out be a real blessing. He was from a small Law firm, called Langfield Law, based in Ealing. Jagdeep Phull, who is a senior partner there and he was not only extremely caring and understanding but very thorough and professional, with the way he went about his business.We can not thank Mr Phull enough for his support and hard work in seeing us through succuessfuly, in this most difficult of times for us. I met Jag in a tea place in Acton today didnt know him just got talking although not doing a case. I just want to say he was very friendly, grounded, humble , friendly and smiled that says a lot in itself. He said he is a Sicitor told him I had medical negligence and did the case myself with no degree won the NHS when was told by a problem solicitor who the citizens advice sent me too and she said I would not win her being in the job 40 years. Jagz said to me good on me and after telling him I have no degree he said you have the degree of life learning everyday. Met him for 5 mins in a tea shop and I just want to say Thank you Jagz for not thinking yourself higher or treating me any different just because of your status. My experience with Langfield Law has been a good one, my only constructive criticism would be with regards to the office giving more updates and being more involved especially for a clients first time experience with a case- first timers could be quite lost and overwhelmed.With regards to the solicitor that represented me, Mr. Shahnawaz Yaqub, he had my best interest at heart and was very practical aswell as experienced enough to give me educated predictions to ease my mind. To give him credit, they turned out pretty accurate! He was kind enough to make sure all questions were answered and would reassure myself of doubts or concerns I had. He was extremely understanding of my case and knew how to handle the situation with the little time that was given and also I feel as though he stood firmly in my corner. His professionalism is outstanding and his memory is impressively sharp. I’d give him a 10 star rating if I could. We have had a criminal case with Langfield law which has recently concluded. Although in the beginning the response rate wasn't too great but at the later stages, in crown court, the firm gave us a 5 star service.I must admit that the firm has a good access to a team of experienced barristers.
