We used PESTOP London to remove a beehive under our terrace decking. The access was tricky but Shahriz removed part of the decking and exterminated them completely. We called him in the afternoon and he came on the same day. Such a nice guy and did a superb job!

Shahriz is a thorough professional, took time to explain the procedure regarding dealing with the squirrels in the loft area. Answered patiently all our questions. He did the proofing of the loft - blocked completely the area - gap which the squirrels were using to get through.He is super efficient, extremely pleasant and polite, with good sense of humor. Shahriz came on the same day I called to attend to a wasp nest in a tricky area near my terrace. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and was extremely careful not to damage my plants in the vicinity of the nest. I called on Pestop London today to deal with a huge rat that had got itself trapped in a wheely bin.They were able to get to me within a couple of hours which was great because I was worried about the situation and I wanted a resolution asap.The Pestop man confirmed that it was a big, athletic and agressive rat and he soon came up with a safe and effective plan for dealing with the rat. Before too long, the rat was no more and taken away, much to my relief.He showed me where the rat had gnawed away at the top of the bin to gain entry and he made a repair to the bin so another rat could not follow where the other had led. He did this as a courtesy and did not ask for any additional money.Pestop dealt with my issue promptly and with professionalism. Shahriz took time to assess the problem we had at the house with the mice. He used the overnight cameras to track the movements of the mice.
