This is really hard as I’ve known Neal for years he is a dad in my sons year and we have mutual friends.However I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as me.I called neal to help me with my underfloor heating in January and to date have spent nearly £1000 with him replacing parts he said were old and tired. I still have the same problem to date and he has now left me with live exposed wires coming out of my wall whilst he makes promises he can’t keep about coming to replace the thermostat which is his latest idea of what might be wrong.My texts are ignored. I tell him when I will be in and am super polite and I am ignored.I’ve come to the conclusion he lacks confidence with this system and is purely guessing, at my expense.

Repared boiler ok and charged £280 to include a part costing £125. Later I checked boiler and found a parts bag. When I checked the price for the part was £14.I asked for a receipt on at least 4 occasions but was completely ignored.
