Went in to get a part which I ordered on the phone the waiting period to get served and seen to was the longest I ever had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes Ian who was serving was on his own whilst his colleagues were laughing and joking upstairs absolutely unacceptable experience management need to invest in more staff not happy at all with the timescale of being served

Had the great pleasure of dealing with mick from Samik motor factors of Greenland road today,had all the time in the world for me,after calling round multiple car spares and main dealers for a throttle body and basically been ignored or spoken down to i had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting mick,what a guy had allThe time I’m the world for me got me the correct part ordered even asked me to visit him in store to assure me it was the correct part on his computer,such good customer service from this guy,would definitely recommend,thanks mick

One member of staff, phone ringing none stop, didn't have a beard when I walked in, walked out with one.Get more staff, haven't got all week just to buy one item. Not a happy customer

Good service unless you ask for something other than a light bulb or ball joint then you get fobbed off to ring the dealer like they can't be bothered to look or need to update their computers ( always problems with them) Slow delivery if your a local business using these, sometimes better to just drive to store unless you've got loads of time to stand about waiting overall not the worst out there but there are definitely better. Also pricing is way off sometimes think they need to update suppliers found them at times double the cost of other local parts suppliers.
