Very busy chemist and I appreciate the volume of customers this shop has but I have yet to have a simple experience when collecting a repeat prescription. It’s always a major task to find it, although it may have been ordered a week or more before. There is always an issue such as: waiting to be checked, not been bagged up, script not come over from the GP surgery etc. shame there is not a more efficient way to process prescriptions so staff are not left picking up the problems.

Excellent service received when having my ear wax removed. It was great to be able to see a video of the wax inside the ear before and after removal. It also showed an infection in my ear and I was advised to purchase a spray to see if that would clear it or I would need to see the doctor to prescribe some antibiotics. I will certainly book in again to have my other ear done.If anyone is worried about having this treatment please be assured the pharmacist will put you at ease and explain everything clearly to you.

In store notice saying they require 72 hours notice for repeat prescriptions so I allowed 4 days to go by and went in on the fifth day only to be told that my prescription wasn't ready and had to wait for it to be dispensed. This is not the first time but the fourth time consecutively happened and my repeat prescriptions are for 2 months supply so this has been going on most of this year . My name is Peter Pearson living in Great Wryley.

Excellent service and I was able to be sorted on the same day having already added olive oil for a week as both ears blocked totally to the point I was having difficulty hearing and was especially miserable over the Xmas period. Procedure carried out by the technician efficiently and painlessly and the relief was tremendous! I had the irrigation removal process not the micro suction which, although it seems to becoming the less popular method with some establishments, it was far less painful and intrusive having had both procedures in the past. Thank you.
