Visited for first time as a DIYer. Slight problem occurred with order but was so efficiently rectified by the staff. Special mention to Tia and the gentleman that delivered the correct slabs to my home address in a very short space of time after error was noticed. Thoroughly recommend. Excellent quality product as well at decent price. Other competitors did not have the necessary products available.

Having found some tiles on line that we liked, we checked for stockists and Jacksons at Louth were mentioned, we called in to see if they could help and were delighted with the level of customer service shown to us by Zoe, who was able to order the tiles for us , arrange a quick delivery and negotiate a great price !
