Rehabilitation unit for Hull Royal clean and new

Couldn’t give this no stars as I would have wished! The place is dreadful- nothing for the patients to do just sit in a chair. My husband was immobile for a week there and received no physio, the food was inadequate and we were always locked out - like prison visiting.Discharge officer was unsympathetic and rude. Don’t let your loved ones go there!!!

This is a brand new prefabricated building.It seems to house both stroke rehabilitation and intensive occupational and physio therapy for those who need to get back homeThe care is good. Plenty of physio and OT.But as with many service sector establishments impacted by Brexit they are short of staff.My biggest criticism is the difficulty getting in and out of the building. Having to wait for staff is frustrating and and extra burden for them

Staff are rude and the portions of food are absolutely shocking and disgusting seem dog food that looks better and told by hri there is tvs well I must be blind as there is none the p place is a prison and becareful if you never been before you will get spoke to like sh1t like I did if you just walk in at visiting time next time I won’t keep my gob shut hopefully there won’t be a next time and won’t have to visit this complete and utter dump this place isIf this place get recommended by anyone or hri AVOID AT ALl COSTS

I totally agree with the last review,it was like visiting prison , except they have TV and better food , my dad complained its sole destroying being in there all day long no conversation with anyone , can't sleep bed so hard , staff don't want to talk to relatives
