I have never experienced such a bad service with a rental agency. Just a few points of how bad I-occupy is: PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!!it has been 10 months and they are completely ignoring my request of having someone to come and check my smoke detector (which a member of the staff removed last xmas cause was malfunctioning)... 10 months.. security and safety is not a priority for them.couple of days ago they have sent an email to all the tenants about them introducing some additional charges even to old tenants with a contract already signed. to their discretion they are adding the below fees :-check out report £80-if you want your deposit back you will have to pay £80 as a return administration charge.- Wifi signal not working in the upper floor, I have asked them if possible to move the router.. their response was just a bunch of lies...Only good thing of the agency, Hanna, the property manager.. she s polite, good with lies, but can't help yourself when you deal with such a bad management.

Very professional and supportive too. Their response time is really fast and the property is really well maintained and priced very appropriately. Highly recommended. Spent 7-8 months and it was a great stay. Administrative processes are all taken care by the i-occupy team.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of fantastic. Their prompt response to all my queries was a god send when filling in the application to rent paperwork and then during the move in period they have also been brilliant. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to rent.No query has been too much, and they are pleasant to talk to.Thank-you for an excellent experience and service. True, accountable professionals!

I recently had to move to Luton for work with less than a weeks notice the team were brilliant, fast and efficient. The room I am renting in the property is well kept and was clean on arrival. All house mates are of good order and polite. Would recommend as a rental company.

The guys at I-Occupy have always been totally honest and straight up with me. I have invested with them now for nearly 6 years and have always felt comfortable that my money is safe. Excellent service!!

I-Occupy is very helpful and efficient with their service. I was tenant of 53, Tavistock street for more than a year. Application/Tenancy process is bit headache as they asked for many documents but that boost my confident about room security. My lettings agent, Gemma and Hannah was very positive, kind and professional. Hannah was very quick in solving my complains. Best part is this agency have online ticketing system which keeps records of every issue raised and documents shared with agency. Would gladly recommend to others.

Well things have got to be bad if staff are writing their own company reviews.My experience with this company was horrendous. Their terms of business are not black and white. I was told payment options were one month deposit and a guarantor or two months in deposit. Plus one months rent in advance. As car was tight and I had actually found myself homeless I asked my mum to guarantor to which she agreed. At this point I told Gemma I had a CCJ and was told as I have a guarantor it would strengthen my application. When my mother realised she would have to share 3 months of her bank statements she point blank refused which I didn't know would be a problem so she said she would give me cash. When I called Gemma back I was told that 2 months deposit was not an option as I had a CCJ. I was fuming. That wasn't stated anywhere in there Terms of Business and I was told I would need another guarantor. Well there was no one else to guarantor. I called to argue my case and was rightly upset to be told my application was rejected because I lost my temper. Well thanks nice lying company that changed the rules and took my £125 admin fee and left me homeless and out of pocket. I will get my money back as you were not fair...

I-Occupy, as an agency, is very reliable and understanding when it comes to the whole application process.Thanks to Rachel, who is very professional, helpful and polite, any issues or questions I had during the process were sorted quickly and efficiently. All details of the tenancy were explained transparently and she was very understanding with any problem that I had.I have been provided with all the necessary documents prior to my moving in (e.g. How to rent guidelines, Deposit Scheme T&C, Gas safety certificate, Energy certificate)Rachel is a life saver!

The agency approachable and very responsive and proactive throughout my stay.Agency management was very nice, especially, Laura B. she's always very sweet, professional and polite.Always open for communication and any issues were sorted rapidly, thanks to Hannah R.The house, in general, was always clean and tidy.My room was lovely and my housemates Amazing.I will miss them a lot.I will definitely recommend the agency and especially the house I was staying and the room I was renting. But only for super good people :)You will be definitely in love with the room ;)Thank you all very much for making me feel like a big part of a big family house!xx
