Huge selection of beds and leads, far better than highstreet pet stores. Staff really friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning!

Rude staff, unwelcoming, not helpful, extortionate prices. Nothing going for it apart from its location.Shame really, gentleman working there today should be banned from working in any retail establishment. Embarrassment to human kind.

I will never ever step foot in this shop ever again. The old grey haired gentleman is nothing but rude and appears to have a vendetta against children. Avoid!!!

It’s annoying, cause the lady here is very nice. But I always seem to go in when the man is there :(He’s always so rude! Going to give the shop a miss from now on, and the prices are twice of amazons anyway so not much of a loss

I had always liked going to this shop. However, for the first time, I took one of my pups in the other day, and on the way out, she dribbled wee on the carpet on the way out less than a teaspoon of wee. The man wasn't very customer friendly and made me feel bad and got me to clear it up. Just so you know, at pets at home, the staff say, Don't worry

Won't go there again! Even though they are dog friendly (NOT) we took our little dog for a new harness and she did a wee, we apologised, and cleaned it up and the women said perhaps you shouldn't being her next time!!!! I can assure you there wo r be a next time!!! So flipping rude.

I have visited this establishment twice recently , I'm a retired gentleman and on both occasions the older grey haired gentlemen who I assume is the owner makes you feel like a criminal, you constantly feel he is monitoring you with the expectations you are about to steal something , believe me i could afford to buy the shop. Needless to say I won't be returning
