Great store just didn't have what I wanted

Visited today around 3.30pm and received terrible customer service was like she really couldn't be bothered. Everything I asked about was such an effort to answer. Felt like an inconvenience, not good. Lady in her 40's brown hair served me

Can’t fault this shop or staff always do pleasant to talk too and some good buys, always find what I need and always come here for shoes for myself and my kids

Paid for reviews are on this page so dont take notice of the 5/4 stars.Edit to the reply: you mean email or call like others have and get ignored or given a stupid excuse not a real reason, no thanks.Wouldn't get anything unless you want them for a quick job, shobby gear, the rule of return is also refused with gob, know your rights of law under the consumer act which the staff dont know about including the primark scrufs that go here. Glad i know the law and got my refund.Oh and careful as the supervisor seems to be into kids but hates being called out on it.

A great place to buy every day comfortable shoes you need for the family ..There is something for everybody .my shoes were so great looking and most comfortable l decide to buy two pairs of the same .

About this time of year I always buy 4 pairs of basic canvas shoes from shoe zone.We went into the Merry hell branch 2 weeks ago and were looked after by a personable young man for whom nothing was too much to help.The size 12s that I required were not in stock, he sourced the 4 pairs in the oldbury branch where his fiancé worked.She took them home that night then he brought them to merry hill the next morning ON HIS BICYCLE!I was outside at 08.55 when the young man spotted us waiting for opening time, opened the door & handed out the bagI cannot express enough how impressed I was with service & polite manner from this young chap, I just wished I had got his nameWell done him & shoezoneJC

Not my first choice for shoe shopping.. but pleasantly surprised. Great choice, friendly staff, was very pleased with the result. Clean and tidy store, will visit again in the near future

Took are son here on Monday 14 of November 2022 between 6 and 7 pm. My wife asked a member of staff to measure my sons foot size and one of the other members of staff was playing peekaboo with are baby daughter to help stop her crying. Both members of staff where so friendly,helpful and to me and my wife went above and beyond there customer services. Really can't thank them both enough for such a pleasant and helpful experience.

I have very small feet and I have bee searching everywhere for size 3 wedges that don't look too big on my feet. I came in looking for one pair of shoes and ended up coming away with 3 pairs that fitted perfectly. I had some lovely flip flops with diamantes on that had a cushioned bottom and two pairs of wedges that were different colours, with Diamantes on. The wedges was a nice height; not too high. And the prices were very good. Lots of choice and easy to find.

Popped in as sales were on. Had a lovely pair of boots at half price. My size were not on the shelf and very friendly staff offered to look in stock for me, she said always worth asking as they often have more in the back. Very happy with.y purchase.
