My husband's review: 'I waited ages while the barber proceeded to cut his colleague barber's hair. Then when it was my turn he hardly acknowledged me or my requests, kept laughing with his colleague and ended up doing the wrong cut and missed trimming my beard completely. Complete waste of time and money. I've never been more upset with a cut.'

I asked for a beard trim. As advertised on there board £8. It was a very simple shape up the lines and run a number 2 trimmer throughly was just waiting couple of weeks growth. Didn’t even take 10 minutes by the time he changed his blade in the razor then asked me for £13. I was too embarrassed and I’m shock to argue. Rip off merchants.

Manager is super- professional and a great barber . But , when. He is away , the staff are the exact opposite - always out taking cigarttte breaks, chatting with each other rather than seeing to the customers in the shop!

Went in for a LOW skin fade, this women who proceeded to cut my hair cut WAY too high, I said how is this a low fade? She replied arguing how it was a low one. No one else in the shop, she had to call the main barber in to sort it out. I refused to pay and a free cut. But with a barber who said 5 years of experience" in the industry to not know what a low fade was."

I'm not going to lie. It can get a bit messy with walk-ins previously when busy, but the secret is nice and early. Straight in, fantastic care with the beard shave, trim, and style. Really felt like I was taken care of. Appreciated, gentlemen!

Terrible haircut, tried many barbers in Maidstone, mostly run by foreigners who had no prior experience cutting hair, probably learnt how to do it watching tutorial videos on YouTube. Was very rushed haircut, the man was rude and made me wait while he was outside having a cigarette then on the phone. Sadly there are no good barbers in Maidstone!

went for a beard shape up and tidy up. less than 5 minutes and £10. not even short enough for me and no razor finish. worse beard trim ever. Will never go back there again. too shocked to argue. am gutted £10 down the drain.

Horrible job, asked for a two on the said and a trim on the top. Bashed the job out in no time at all, the lady was too busy chatting to her mate. Cut my hair horribly wonky, looked like I was wearing a cap. And then over charged me by £4. Absolutely appalled never going back here again! I had to trim around the long bit in the mirror and I did a better job on my own.
