York City Dog Training Club

I recently attended a level one course at YCDTC with our one-year-old golden retrieve, Nala and was very impressed with the standard of training and care for dogs.We now have two happy dogs, Bella (aged 13) & puppy Nala

Louise has been absolutely amazing! She has helped Rosie and I b come an amazing team. Rosie is never still and is extremely stubborn with with support I now have the confidence to take control and tonight Rosie graduated her beginners class. I would highly recommend and we both look forward to the next lot of lessons

Copper has come on in leaps and bounds. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

i just completed (and passed!) the 8 week level 1 class with my 16 month old boston terrier. the class was extremely rewarding and a lot of fun.i cant say enough good things about the training club. all the trainers are so friendly and encouraging, even when you doubt yourself. my class was run by louise and she is exceptionally skilled at reading" your dog and giving advice on how to make the training work for them and their quirks specifically. the classes are very small (mine had 4 dogs in total and i believe a full class is 6 dogs) so the one-on-one guidance and individual attention is fantastic. the classes have helped me and my dog so much. he pays more attention to me and walks very well on a loose lead now too. i cant wait to start the level 2 class to develop my skills and my dogs skills even further.if youd like to understand your dog better

Louise is an excellent trainer who goes above and beyond to ensure that dogs and owners have a great time. Can't recommend this class highly enough.

Signed up to puppy training with my little rescue boy Ronnie who we rescued from Cyprus. Only had him for a few weeks when we started training and both of us thoroughly enjoyed our time with Louise and her colleague. Ronnie proved to be quite an intelligent little guy and picked up from Louise her instructions better than I did! We are hoping to start the next level in September. Louise is a no nonsense total pro. Absolutely recommend these classes. Thank you ladies and the other pups and owners for making it fun too.

I can not rate Louise and the team here at York City dog training club highly enough. Rudy and I have had one on one sessions with Louise to help Rudy with a number of things including reactivity and recall. These guys really know what they are doing. Not only did we have the sessions which helped Rudy hugely they have built up my confidence in situations which he finds to be scary. The support and encouragement received was above and beyond.
