Liverpool Science Park
I have been part of many co-working spaces across the UK and what makes Liverpool Science Park special is that its so person centred. The main reception at the Mount Pleasant block has it's own locally owned, locally sourced coffee shop which as to the human touch. Facilities are accessible so I can invite any client here for meetings and workshops. The community of tenants are friendly, helpful as are curated programmes of business and wellbeing support. The focus on fundraising events for local charities is also valued.

I use this place twice a week. I stop for a coffee and find it very relaxed and calm. The service is good and would recommend a visit.

Reasonably friendly staff, depends on which day you go. Coffee is good but again service is variable. Some people very welcoming but not everyone, even if you are paying to use a space, seems to depend if you are a regular. There is a weird signing in book that is not very accessibility friendly. And the WiFi is very tricky with a very secret password, again for paying guests. They should see if they can get Eduroam.

Friendly and polite staff. Fast response times when help is needed. Really good involvement of local businesses to share their wares with the multiple companies sited here. Well kept offices with clean toilets and showers. Can even do onsite yoga for a small fee.Lovely view of the cathedral. Unfortunately some tenants take liberties in the kitchen areas with the free milk!

The Science Park has great facilities and is well maintained. All staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble! They host frequent events and food vendors come in regularly in which is always a nice treat! The Park also has a great community atmosphere with several communal breakout areas.

LSP is a great place to work with. Staff are super friendly and are always there to help. Facilities are well maintained and great working environment. very convenient location just minutes walks to shop and the city centre.

Great staff, nice building, wonderful location.Only down side is that the public WiFi could be a faster - it can get congested and mobile data signal gets blocked in the meeting rooms.Recommend getting coffee at the stall next to reception!

Excellent service . Lovely staff. Arrived at 8am to be told I would be out of 72hour window on arrival in spain . Allowed me to go back at 12. Results back 13 hour later. Highly recommend them they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Working at LSP is easy and fun. The facilities are great and there is a good mix of tenants. The location is perfect, close to the university, city centre and main train station. The Operations team are always on hand to sort any problem and they are constantly making improvements such as the break rooms and the innovation hub spaces. There is a weekly fruit van and yoga class, as well as socials which get all the tenants together so there is always something going on!
