Was charged an extortionate call out fee (£180) for a repair but they didn’t have the part in the van and went away after ten minutes. They wanted to charge the same call out fee two days later after ordering the part in for a job that would have taken 5 mins. Called to complain but it fell on deaf ears, they couldn’t have been less interested. Will never use them again. Terrible customer service

Had an annual service carried out by engineer Craig. He did the service but was also happy to help me with the security app and make sure it was working well before he left. I felt reassured by the personal and professional service that I received and would recommend this company to others.

ISF have been maintaining my alarms for over 20 years now and I've always found them responsive and professional. This morning's annual service was just another example of this - two very professional engineers who took the time out to answer my questions on how specific things worked and who left me with a fully functional alarm system.

We used ISF many years ago to install our intruder alarm and have used them annually since then to maintain it. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the engineers who have undertaken the work.Last week we had CCTV cameras installed on our property. The process from ordering to installation was straight forward. Goodinformation and advice were provided which enabled us to make informed decisions prior to placing the order.On installation day, I received a call at 8am from the Company to advise that the engineers would arrive in approximately 30 minutes which they duly did. Two very pleasant, well mannered engineers arrived and completed the work with the utmost professionalism and minimum fuss or intrusion.Having completed the work to a high standard, they hoovered up the debris caused by the drilling etc with a hoover which they had brought with them.ISF was our go to company for work of this kind and once again we were very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided. Therefore, we would recommend them without reservation as a reliable company who do excellent work.

IFS were really accommodating in helping us to install a temporary alarm in lieu of a fully operational system whilst we were having work done on our house. The two engineers that arrived to install the system (Craig and Connor I believe) were both courteous and and professional, and were able to work around some temporary issues whilst the renovation was still underway. I'm only holding back one star until the work is complete :-).

Fist point of contact was John who took time to understand my property and needs. A telephone survey was undertaken which meant that when the engineer arrived, he knew exactly what to do. Craig was the Engineer and what an asset he is to IS&F Ltd. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, very tidy with placing of cables etc. An all round great experience from beginning to end. Thank you John & Craig. I am very happy.

Specifically called about electric gates and intercom needing to be fixed and explained the issues. Booked a date and time and no one turned up. I asked for a refund, however we rearranged a time for the engineers to come another day. The engineers had absolutely no idea what they were doing - to the point that they didn’t even know how to unlock the gates let alone be able to fix them! They mentioned that they usually send a third party contractor for these kinds of jobs. So I basically ended up paying £180 for engineers who knew they couldn’t help with my issue to come round to tell me that they usually get someone else to fix these kinds of things!! They were then supposed to send a quote from the engineers who could fix my gates and intercom and I still haven’t heard anything back over 1 month later. What has happened here is pure dishonesty and robbery!

So pleased we chose this company to upgrade our alarm system and install cctv. From the beginning they were very informative and professional (John and Hannah, thank you) with very reasonable quotes. The engineers Ben and Connor were a pleasure to have working in our property. Really polite, thorough and considerate. They were knowledgeable and didn’t rush us through the tutorial process! No short cuts or rushing so everything was done properly. Happy to know our system has been installed to high standards. Definitely recommend them.
