Amazing customer service from the moment I walked through the door on day one. Everyone is super friendly with a lot of jokes flying around throughout the day. Really relaxed atmosphere and wonderfully talented artists.

I had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Jon.I was initially anxious and nervous about doing 2 days back to back, but as soon as I arrived everyone in the studio made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I’ve never had such an easy appointment in my life.The studio is super clean and tidy, everyone is lovely, and it’s a super fun and relaxed environment. I can’t wait to return.

Really nice studio, comfy, relaxing & fresh. Very accommodating with the hot beverages… (much appreciated). Everyone is really friendly, they make you feel like one of the team rather than a customer. Also housing the best, award winning tattoo artists around! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! All my tattoos are by Tom Stephenson.

I just spent the last few days in the shop and wanted to share what a fantastic place this is. The front desk staff were always so kind and welcoming and constantly asking if they could get me anything. It's so nicely laid out and clean and creates a great atmosphere to get a tattoo in. I highly recommend them as they also have some of the most talented artists I've seen. You should definitely check this place out, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks for being so kind to me guys!!

My experience at Dark Horse Collective has been great.From initial contact with my artist Rich, to the booking process and the actual appointment itself, all has been brilliant. Aftercare info provided is detailed, with Rich providing feedback and tips via email to ensure the healing process is going well.The studio is spacious, light, and clean, with complimentary hot and cold drinks a nice plus.The artists there are all friendly, popping over for a chat when they have time, making the appointment that bit easier.I'd wholeheartedly recommend Dark Horse Collective to anybody seeking a positive tattoo experience.

My Artist has been Scott, I’ve had 5 overall tattoos with him and every one has been better than the last absolutely love his work and has really put my dream art onto my body.Detail he can produce is incredible and makes for an incredible product. I’ve had a couple of tattoos within a few months at Dark Horse by Alice and would recommend this studio to anyone! All of the artists are really friendly and considerate. I felt welcomed on my first visit and was reassured before my tattoo what the processes were, how to heal, what to expect it to feel like etc…. And overall was really happy with my experience.
