Do not go here! I had my car towed to this garage, great customer service but terrible diagnostics! They told me I needed my whole exhaust replacing even though the silencer had been replaced recently. They wanted to charge me £350 for it until I pulled them up and queried the cost and work needing to be done. Suddenly my bill was reduced to £160 because the whole exhaust didn't need replacing after all.How can you put your trust in companies that do this? Thanks to the person who corrected the error.

Amazing service, was desperate for new tyres and was fitted in no time. David (dav)went out of his way to accommodate me while I was there and the turnaround was really quick. Would defo recommend .everyone was welcoming. , very impressed all round.

Booked to have my front wheel alignment done as I had a 100 mile drive home. When I came back to pick my car up and paid £65 and was told the alignment printout was on the car which it wasn't. I called the garage told them the print out was not in the car whom told me they would email it to me in 30mins but didn't. I drove home and noticed my car was still pulling to the left slightly. I went straight to Kwik fit in Irvine who checked my alignment which was a mile out and had not been touch although Kwik fit in Portobello had charged me for it. I am sure this must be illegal.

Came into this branch late on a Sunday evening, chancing my luck to try and be seen. Lee was very welcoming and was willing to stay back later than his shift ended. Was so helpful kind and had really good manners which seems rare at all kwikfit centres I’ve previously been to . Really appreciated his help so Thankyou Lee :)

Got my engine oil level at max, when it gets below 0, car show warning that level is too high so asked them to drain the excess and...Been told it can't be done and they have to cheange the oil for only 129. JokersIts an easy fix but I guess not worth much to them so they don't care. Will do it on my driveway later today.

We met the operations manager, Charles Kelly, he facilitated and sorted out all the issues, excellent explanation of what happens, and how it was rectified.We never expected this level of excellence in customer service. It was exemplary customer service from start to finish, and we will come back again for more.Thank you to the team at the branch.

Went there 2 months ago, the service was okay. The staff kept rev my engine without my permission, because he enjoyed the sound of the engine and the exhaust. On their website they say if you go there for tyre replacement they say they will also do the wheel balancing check, alignment check etc but actually they won’t do it. But you will still be charged for that. Also the job could be done a lot quicker but he kept talking to other random people and took him nearly an hour to replace one tire lol.

As a person who did the same job in an outher country i will say that they are extremely trained to do the best job and the do not ignore any question you ask theme.They did the job i went for in time, and i will say that i received my car 15mn before the time they told me.Lee Mason is a supervisor on the site who did an excellent job on my car and was also extremely polite and a good listener when i asked him a few questions.Well done, for you all.

Suggestion for the business: if someone gets new tyres fitted, return the rims in the same clean condition. I got new tyres fitted and the car was returned with some white compound on all four rims. I'm guessing it was used in the process but clean what you have put on. Thanks.
