The C C P Network
I lent CCP Network £25K from my pension and was given a personal guarantee from the person with significant control (Mike Graves) that the monies would be repaid over an agreed time scale, not one payment has been made.I was told through a 3rd party that business was flourishing and I said that if was as good as I being told I would like to invest in it.Mike Graves contacted me directly and put forward a very convincing offer and for a further £30K from my pension, I would be a director and my investment would show a considerable return in a very short period and that he would use classic cars as security.I was convinced by everything I was being told and was happy to proceed. Fortunately for me, my pension administrator wasn't happy with what was being proposed and advised me not to invest.Unbeknown to me Mike Graves was already in the process of bankruptcy when he was perusing me for the later investment.I have sought legal advice and have been told that there is a potential legal case against him under Section 2 The misrepresentation or Section 4 of the Fraud act - abuse of position. Once we are able to travel without restrictions I will be going to the police to seek prosecution.I understand that he is no longer in his previous position and that his son Stuart Graves is now running the company.I won't be dealing with this company again.
