Spoken to a LOT of garage door dealers in the area and these guys are honestly the best we've spoken to. Both Lewis and Kevin were incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful, especially when considering our very awkward garage door opening. (We haven't even had the door fitted yet). Highly recommend going to their shop floor to see the doors and allow them to explain what you're getting etc. I'll update this once the door is fitted with some pics.

Our experience with the company wasn’t the best, sadly we had numerous issues with the first curtain fitted, (the initial fitter was good, but the curtain was damaged from outset, which took a long time to rectify by the Warley office) we had to request Head Office intervention, our issue was quickly resolved by Lewis, who we would like to thank, he obviously wants a positive experience for the company and was quick to pick up the issue and rectify.Our thanks goes to the fitter, Shaun Vernon, he rectified the problem without fuss and is a true asset to the company, he went over and above to ensure our replacement door was fitted without damage and was very professional, he prevented a formal complaint being logged. Thank you for being so honest with us, your office based staff could learn a lot from you, thank you.

Had three shutter garage doors fitted just under five years ago. They did a good job and they still look great.One broke down just five days before the five year warranty ended. They arranged replacement under warranty and fitted it today without delay or debate. Their fitters are always excellent. Highly recommend them.

We had to get a new garage door as they didn’t make the locks no more for our old garage door. We phoned and the sent a surveyor to look at the door he was very helpful and very professional and talked through the options with us we ordered it there and then. He said it takes 4 weeks to come and it came exactly 4 weeks witch was great. Charlie the fitter arrived on time very polite and professional he installed the new garage door and walked us through how to use it. I would recommend the access garage doors to anyone they whole experience was outstanding.

Joe did did a great job of replacing the cables on our old up-and-over garage. He also confirmed no further maintenance was necessary on the door itself and gave good advice on some issues we'd had with some door seals. Thanks very much.

Can I just say that Joe who came to do the repair was fantastic. He had real problems with a seized pin but he didn't give up despite the incredible heat and it being late on Friday afternoon. I am sure an inferior company would have tried to sell me a complete new door assembly. Very impressed with the door repair, works like new. Good price for the repair, definitely value for money and a fraction of the cost of a new door. Can I also say Donna was great giving me all the information that I needed and getting everything organised really efficiently and quickly. Would definitely recommend.
